Your information is used to respond to enquiries, deliver and coordinate supports, meet our obligations as a registered NDIS provider, and improve our services. We never sell personal information, and we only share it with your consent or where the law requires.

Website forms

Details submitted through our website forms are delivered securely to our customer care team and stored in our enquiry register. They are used solely to respond to you.

Access & corrections

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a privacy complaint at any time by emailing customercare@philterryhealthcare.com.au or calling 1800 414 002. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
