More than a support service
Phil Terry Health Care began with a simple frustration: disability support that felt fragmented, impersonal and built around providers instead of people. We set out to do the opposite: support that is personal, consistent and grounded in real outcomes.
Today our support team works with participants across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria: in supported homes, in family homes, and out in the community. The scale has grown; the promise hasn't changed. We listen first, we plan together, and we stay connected.

Trained, matched and genuinely invested
Every support worker is professionally trained, screened and, just as importantly, matched. Skills can be taught; care can't. We hire people who treat participants the way they'd want their own family treated, then we keep investing in their training.
As a registered NDIS provider we're audited against the NDIS Practice Standards and bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct, and we hold ourselves to the higher standard of the families who trust us.
